Can I requests changes to the image from the beginning?
Absolutely. There is a notes section during the ordering process where you can specify any changes you would like. We can easily remove / change items in the background but please note that we can't add in parts of people/animals that are not visible on the photo. For example if a handbag is covering someones hand and you would like the handbag removed (so just the hand is visible) we would be unable to do this as we do not have any reference in the photo to get the hand painted correctly. What type of style of painting will be carried out on the photo?
All of our paintings are completed in a realistic style. Is there additional costs for touch ups?
Just as long as the alterations are not sigificant then there will often be no extra charge. What File Types do you accept?
Our website can accept the jpeg file format, which is the quickest and easier way to order. If you do have another format, please feel free to email us at info@photocanvasprinting.com with your canvas requirements. What is the maximum file size you can receive?
The maximum file size that we can receive is 30mb. If you have an image which is larger, please use a website such as yousendit.com to send the files to us.Scanning information.

Once the image is scanned please save it down as a high quality jpeg. All you need to then do is upload the image via our online order process. Can you work from original photos?

What is the smallest photo size you can work from?
Detail is very important when painting from a photo. We have worked from small photos but there is only so much detail we can paint from them. Where possible we suggest sending us the largest / clearest image you have. If in any doubt simply email us the image and we can let you know whether it would work well or not.
Payment
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. We do not current accept American Express. We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout.
Is the deposit refundable if I decide not to proceed with the order?
When you order you pay 20% of the total painting price as a deposit. We understand that purchasing art can be daunting when you have not seen the final painting so once the painting is complete (about 4-5 weeks after your order) we will send you some photos of it. You can then request alterations and we will continue to update the painting until it is perfect for you. Once you are 100% happy you pay the remaining 80% balance and we send you your painting. Completing a painting takes a significant amount of time and as such we do not refund the deposit payment, we do though guarantee to work with you for as long as it takes to get the painting right so we hope that this would never be a problem.Delivery
