The Photo to Painting Process
1) Choose your photo
Large, sharp and clear photos work the best. Read more here about what makes the perfect photo for painting.
2) Choose your size and send us your photo
We offer over 70 different sizes for varying wall dimensions and budgets so we are sure you will find the perfect fit. Once you have decided simply send us your photo online or by post.
3) Pay just 20% to order
Commissioning a painting can be daunting so we only ask for a 20% deposit when you order (the remainder is then payable after you have seen photos of the final painting). We send you back a compositional proof by email before we start painting to make sure that we have got the crop/editing work just right.
4) We paint your photo and send you back photos of the final artwork
Paintings usually take 4-5 weeks to complete and once ready we will send you a photo of the final artwork for your approval. You can request alterations at this point to get the painting perfect.
5) Approve your painting then we stretch and despatch your canvas
Once you have approved your painting and settled the balance we stretch your canvas over a wooden frame so that it is ready to hang or frame and then send it to you by overnight courier.
