Canvas prints from photos

All our canvas prints are printed to the highest quality. We print only on to high grade artist cotton canvas using Epson Ultrachrome inks.

This combination of canvas and ink provides vibrant prints that will continue to look fresh and bright year on year. The ink also penetrates deep and bonds onto the canvas which, unlike some cheaper alternatives, means you can't rub the ink off or scratch the image. In fact even if the canvas is wet the ink will not run.

Image quality

Our printing process combined with high quality materials ensures rich, detailed prints. You can also be sure that all the images are high resolution for the best quality print. In fact you will only be presented with size choices that will produce the best quality prints.

Choose an image

Our photographers' galleries are full of fantastic photos. Search for your perfect image and click on the "Print On Canvas" option. Complete the checkout and we will email you an example of your image cropped to your chosen size. Once you have approved the image we print the photo on artist canvas.

Canvas Stretching

Once your print has dried we carefully stretch it over a 2cm deep wooden frame. This keeps the image tight and allows the print to be hung directly on the wall with no need for framing. Our prints line up with the edge of the frame but do not wrap around as standard leaving the edges sharp white. You can though request the image to continue around the edge of the frame should you wish (this is called "gallery wrapping").

Cropping photos to the requested canvas size

Because photos come in all shapes the canvas size that you choose for an image may not fit it perfectly. When you order any image from us we will always provide you with an example proof of the photo cropped to your exact size specifications before you pay. You will receive your example proof via email within 24 hours of your order. Any cropping/resizing of the image is done sensitively by our graphic artists (not by any automated process) and you may specify when ordering if you would like a certain part or area of the photo to be kept.

How long until I receive my canvas print?

From the point you approve your image crop and pay us delivery to mainland UK will take up to 10 working days. Postage and packing is £9 for any number of canvases going to the same address (£15 for canvases larger than 100cm). The cost of postage and packing will vary for deliveries outside of mainland UK.

Available sizes

The smallest size canvas that we print is 20cm along any side. So for example a 20cm x 20cm print is the smallest size we produce.

The largest size we can print is 120cm wide and up to 15m long!

Please note that not every size up to this maximum will be available for each photo. The suggested sizes are there to show you the maximum size a photo can be printed at whilst retaining the highest quality print.

Helpful hint: To change cm into inches divide by 2.54!
